Your livestock is your livelihood. Your horses are your passion. At Whittington Veterinary Clinic, we understand.
For over 16 years, we've been a trusted veterinary partner to farmers, ranchers, and equine enthusiasts throughout Vermilion Parish and beyond. Whether it’s a calving emergency or a routine herd check, Dr. Paul Whittington and his team provide expert, compassionate care—either at our clinic or on-site at your farm or stable.
Farm & Ranch Calls
We offer daily on-site farm and ranch visits to bring veterinary care directly to your operation.
For large or multi-animal farm calls, we ask that you schedule at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us:
- Coordinate travel time and distance
- Prepare the necessary equipment and supplies
- Ensure there’s time to safely catch and secure your animals
Planning ahead allows us to deliver the most efficient and effective care possible.
Along with farm visits, we provide comprehensive large animal care at our clinic, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and advanced diagnostic capabilities.
