If your pet needs emergency care after hours and is seen at an emergency clinic, we sincerely regret not being there to help you directly. Most ER clinics will forward records to your pet’s primary veterinarian—either automatically or at your request. Once received, we’ll promptly review the report and be ready to continue your pet’s care as soon as we’re back in the clinic.
